The information you provide to the RHB may be disclosable under the California Public Records Act (PRA). In response to PRA requests, RHB may release the address of record for RTs. Application Process Overview

Complete, print, and submit the application for the desired X-ray/NMT permit or certificate via US mail.

Include any fees and/or required documentation listed on the application.
Provide an e-mail address on the application.

Within 30 days of receipt, the RHB will notify you of either of the following:

The application was acceptable and a permit/certificate was issued, or
The application was acceptable and the next steps for an examination, or
The application was not accepted and any next steps.

X-ray Permits and Certificates are issued:

Within 45 days of successful examination completion (if required), or
Within 30 days of receipt of an acceptable application that does not require an examination.
