Scam Phone Calls 

CDPH has received reports of scam callers impersonating the department and attempting to obtain financial or otherwise sensitive information. While CDPH may contact individuals for disease contact tracing or other efforts, these calls focus only on matters of public health and will never involve requests for sensitive financial or non-health related information, such as someone's Social Security number or credit card details. 

If you have concerns about a call or other communication claiming to be from CDPH, please reach out to confirm its legitimacy by filling out the “contact us" form below under the "Phone Scams" dropdown option.​
