The Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health Division (MCAH) supports the development, implementation and evaluation of the Adolescent Family Life Program (AFLP). AFLP is a strengths-based case management program for expectant and parenting youth.

Two surveys are offered to AFLP participants. The Youth Satisfaction Survey is conducted twice annually. The Youth Resilience Survey is offered on an ongoing basis, approximately every six months, to youth participating in AFLP. The AFLP survey dashboards present information about participantsā experiences in the program.
