MyPlate Resources

MyPlate resources were developed to help individuals achieve and maintain a healthy weight. Tools and handouts encourage pregnant, breastfeeding individuals, and families to include a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins and dairy on their plates every day and be physically active.

Perinatal Food Group Recall Tools

Nutrition, dietary and weight assessment forms are available on the Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program page. Two food group recalls are based on the MyPlate California for Pregnant and New Parents including Breastfeeding and for People with Gestational Diabetes.

USDA's website features "My Plate" including online tools, dietary guidelines, meal plans, and other resources on healthy eating and physical activity.
