Licensing and Certification Program

We are excited to offer health care providers an electronic payment option for faster and easier Initial and Report of Change application fee processing. Now you can pay securely online using a major credit card or eCheck. Please allow up to 5 business days processing time depending on the method of payment. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.

The electronic payment option is currently available for Initial and Report of Change application fees. CDPH plans to expand this service to include an option for electronic payment of license renewal fees later in 2026.
