This addendum modifies the Key Action Date in the Request for Application with regards to the Voluntary RFA and AFLP PYD Model Webinar posting.

This addendum supersedes prior guidance.

   Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Voluntary RFA and AFLP PYD Model Webinar was posted on the AFLP RFA website by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 6, 2023. The update is reflected in the Key Action Dates table below and on the AFLP Website.
