This AFL notifies facilities that the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), Center for Health Care Quality (CHCQ) is holding a stakeholder meeting on November 1, 2019 to discuss ICF/DD-N-H-CN regulations.

CDPH is holding a stakeholder meeting to discuss the development of ICF/DD-N-H-CN regulations. The meeting will be held at:

Location	1500 Capitol Avenue Training Room C Sacramento, CA 95814

CDPH would like to hear your suggestions for developing the regulations. Please come to the meeting prepared to share your comments and suggestions after reviewing the document “Questions for Stakeholder Meeting – ICF/DD-N-H-CN” (PDF).

There is limited seating, so if you are attending in person, please reserve your seat by October 25, 2019 by emailing CHCQRegulationsUnit@cdph.ca.gov. If you are attending via WebEx, please use the WebEx Registration link to register. When choosing an audio connection, select “I will call in.”
