Regulation Stakeholder Meetings
āThe California Department of Public Health (CDPH), Center for Health Care Quality (CHCQ) invites public participation of interested stakeholders in developing CDPH's proposed regulations prior to the start of the formal promulgation process pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act. This effort seeks to improve the quality of CHCQ regulations.
Hospice Regulation Meeting
CHCQ is holding a stakeholder meeting to discuss the development of hospice regulations on November 8ā, 2023 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. CHCQ would like to hear your suggestions for developing the regulations. Please attend the meeting prepared to share your comments and suggestions after reviewing the Questions for Stakeholder Meeting - Hospice Regulations (PDF).
