License Fee Increase

Effective January 1, 2026, the licensure fees will increase. For more information,
please visit the LFS Fee Schedule.

If you are renewing a license, do not click Start New Application. A new application will result in a new State ID and a gap in licensure which may affect your billing.
To renew, refer to the user manual on our Help page.
Paper applications are no longer accepted. Please apply online.
The online application system is best used with desktop computers or laptops using the latest version of your browser. We do not recommend using a tablet or a mobile phone to access your account.
