Renewal Questions

1. When do we renew our license/registration?

75 days prior to expiration. Please email us if you do not find an RNL-##### application number to renew your license.

2. What if I’m late with my renewal?

You will be charged 25% delinquency fee when you renew past your expiration date. 60 days after your expiration date, your license will be automatically forfeited and you would need to submit an application to reactivate your license.

3. What is the status of my renewal application?

If you would like to track the status of your online application, please log into your account using the Log In link on the left side navigation of this page.

4. Can I still perform testing while my renewal application is being processed?

Yes, you can perform testing while your renewal application is being processed.

5. What if I did not receive the LAB 101 or renewal notice?

Renewal notices are mailed and emailed 75 days prior to expiration. You can still renew online without the LAB 101.

6. How do I get an invoice?

You can get an invoice by starting a renewal online. Use your computer’s screen shot tool to capture a photo of your Cart showing the Total Fee due. This is temporary, as we are still improving our online application system. Changes to this feature will be updated here.
