How to Search (User Manual)
āāUse this manual to search for a business or testing site
linked to your account.ā This is useful for accounts with multiple businesses and testing sites. Searching will enable you to jump to the business dashboard where you can manage testing site/s under that business.
Log in to your account, and on the welcome screen you will notice 3 options to do your search.

Search for Business - You can search for Business Name, Business ID, Federal Tax ID, and Address.
Search results for business linked to your account. Click the Business ID to go to the business dashboard.
Search for Site - You can search for Site Name, CLIA ID, and Physical Address.ā
Search result for site linked to your account. Click the Business ID to go to the business dashboard to manage this site.
Search for License or Application - You can search for the License Number or Application ID.
Search result for License Number or Application ID linked to you. Click the Business ID to go to the business dashboard to manage this site.
To go back to the Welcome screen, click āMy Homeā on the upper right part of your screen.
