The purpose of this memo is to inform enrollment workers that beginning April 15, 2020 ADAP will be sending out an annual privacy notice to all clients.
ADAP, in conjuction with the CDPH privacy office, drafted a privacy notice that provides reminders and practices to help clients safeguard personal information. The letter also informs clients about the ADAP grievance process.
This notice will be sent out annually with the clientās Self-Verfication Form (SVF).
