Applications are processed in date order received. The processing times below are provided as a general guideline and may vary depending on individual circumstances.

Electronic submissions are encouraged as the digital nature allows applications to be processed faster. Please visit our new Electronic Submission Page.

​Please wait the general processing time frame below for each submission type before requesting a follow up on your submission. We are unable to provide application package updates via phone or email if your application package was submitted​ after the dates below.

General Processing Guidelines

Please allow 15 days for mailed application packages to be received by our office.​

For the week beginning February 9​, 2026, we are currently processing applications received on the dates noted below. We are unable to provide status updates on applications submitted after the processing dates below.
