*Your initial licensing fee is valid for one year from when you submitted it. After that year, you must repay the initial licensing fee to continue attempting to obtain a license.
**The applicant must be on file with NHAP before applying for the National Exam. The applicant must submit the CDPH 503, the initial licensing fee, and check the “Request National Exam First” box on the application.
