Notice of Stakeholder Meeting for Hospice Regulations

This AFL notifies hospice agencies and interested stakeholders that the Center for Health Care Quality (CHCQ) is holding a stakeholder meeting on November 17, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am to discuss hospice emergency regulations.

CHCQ is holding a stakeholder meeting to obtain stakeholder feedback on the proposed hospice emergency regulations on November 17, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Please attend the meeting prepared to share your comments and suggestions after reviewing the draft Hospice Regulation text (PDF) . CHCQ would like to hear your feedback on the draft regulations during the stakeholder meeting. CHCQ will also be accepting written feedback until November 21st.

Please note, the regulations shared via this letter are still in draft form. They are not final and should not be implemented as if they are the final version of the forthcoming hospice emergency regulations.

The stakeholder meeting will be held via webinar using Microsoft Teams. Please use the Teams Registration link to register.
