This AFL notifies skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), intermediate care facilities (ICFs), and interested stakeholders that the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), Center for Health Care Quality (CHCQ) is holding a stakeholder meeting on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, from 9:00am to 10:00am to discuss the draft standardized written informed consent form for psychotherapeutic drug use.

CHCQ will be holding a stakeholder meeting to discuss the draft standardized written informed consent form developed for psychotherapeutic drug use on Wednesday, September 24th, from 9:00am to 10:00am. CHCQ developed the current draft form based on input received during previous stakeholder discussions. CHCQ would like to hear your suggestions for developing the Informed Consent Form for Psychotherapeutic Drug Use (PDF), please attend the meeting prepared to share your comments and suggestions.

The meeting will be held via webinar using Teams. Please use the Teams Register link to register. Written feedback and comments for consideration may be sent to the CHCQ Regulation Development Section at CHCQRegulations@cdph.ca.gov by Tuesday, September 30th.
