​HSC section 1253.3(p) requires the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) to convene a stakeholder meeting to discuss, review, and determine the feasibility of establishing a new methodology to calculate application fees for SNFs that reflect departmental costs to process required applications.

CHCQ is holding a stakeholder meeting to discuss SNF application fees on March 29, 2023, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. CHCQ would like to hear your suggestions for the possibility of developing a new methodology to calculate SNF application fees. Please attend the meeting prepared to share your comments and suggestions.
