This letter is being sent to notify you of Assembly Bill 2010, Chapter 90, Statutes of 2008 which amended Section 1219 of the Health and Safety Code (HSC). This amendment exempts affiliate clinics from the provisional licensing requirements of HSC Ā§1219 on and after January 1, 2009.
Primary Care Clinics meeting the requirements of HSC Ā§1218.1 will receive a regular license for each additional site/affiliate clinic upon approval of the application.
