Adolescent Birth Rate

Adolescent Births in California is an annual release of data about live births among California females under age 20 completed by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Maternal, Child and Adolescent Health (MCAH) Division. While most of the data included in the report focuses on young women between the ages of 15-19, some data is presented for births to youth under the age of 15. The data provides information about trends over time and differences by race, Hispanic ethnicity, age, and county.
