The Initial License Application is a pdf fillable application which can be emailed. However, the original application must be mailed in with other required documents.

The Temporary to Full License Application is for Genetic Counselors with a Temporary License but are applying for a Full License after passing the ABGC certification exam.
The Renewal Application is for Genetic Counselors with a Full License that need to renew their license every three years documenting CEUs.
