To ensure your products arrive to the lab in a proper manner, please follow the below suggestions and instructions. UCLRFP mailing address:

UCLRFP

San Ramon, CA 94583

  • In order to expedite sample receipt and processing, please address samples attention to as follows, according to the type of sample you are submitting:

    • UCLRFP – New Products

    • UCLRFP – Routine pH Samples

    • UCLRFP – QRO

    • UCLRFP – OTHER

  • This will help sort the packages as they are received. Please do not use people's names on the labels.

  • When submitting Routine pH Samples, please attach the paperwork to the sample and production date.

  • Please use rubber bands to secure the paperwork to the sample. Do not use tape. Tape may rip the form when removing the form from the sample.

  • Remember, glass and plastic may break during transit. Please protect samples properly to protect the products. If you are using sample cups, please ensure lids are on tight or taped shut.

  • If you are sending large containers, and if it is possible to use sample cups and take the samples aseptically, that would also be helpful. This is applicable to sauces, salsas, and similar products. For pickled vegetables with large pieces, submit the whole sample.
