Industrial Hemp Enrollment and Oversight (IHEO) Authorization
Thank you for your interest in the recently established Industrial Hemp Enrollment and Oversight (IHEO) Authorization , initiated by the signing of Assembly Bill (AB) 45.
Industrial hemp manufacturers of particular products must register with the department and also must obtain an Industrial Hemp Enrollment and Oversight (IHEO) authorization from the department, pursuant to California Health and Safety Code (H&SC) sections 111923.3 and 111923.5.
