The purpose of this Management Memorandum is to correct previous guidance contained in Management Memorandum 2020-06 pertaining to ADAPs contingency plan for COVID-19.
Background
In Management Memorandum 2020-06, ADAP indicated that clients with expiring eligibility or expired eligibility back to March 1, 2020, will have eligibility extended an additional 90 days through June 30, 2020.
Updated Guidance
ADAP is extending eligibility to June 30, 2020 for all clients whose eligibility expired, or will expire, between March 1, 2020 and June 29, 2020.
