× The federal government has shut down due to the failures of the President and Congress to continue government funding. Millions of Californians receiving benefits from state programs may be impacted. For now, California’s Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) will continue to provide services and enroll eligible families as long as funding is available. No new federal funding to California WIC will be provided until the President and Congress take action. Families should continue to use their WIC benefits and attend their WIC appointments. This information is subject to change, so please monitor the California WIC website for updates.

Use Project Firstline materials to offer CEU or in-services to skilled nursing facility CNA

​​If your facility is able to provide CEUs to your staff, you are welcome to incorporate Project Firstline curriculum into your trainings. You can also use the material to offer staff in-services.

Access Train-the-Trainer workshops for SNF educators 
​Health Services Advisory Group (HSAG) is the provider of CEU for this workshop. HSAG will provide facility educators​ who attend a train-the-trainer workshop and provide IPC training to CNA 1.5 contact hours of CE credit by the Florida Board of Nursing, CE Broker #20-1076614 (which count in California via a reciprocity agreement) and the CA Nursing Home Administrator Program (NHAP), Provider Number 1729. Health Services Advisory Group is the provider of CEU for this workshop.​
