Lead Related Construction Online Certification
First Time Applicants:
California Health and Safety Code, Section 105254 requires individuals to be certified for specialized lead construction work. The new, online Lead-Related Construction (LRC) Certification application process requires the steps below.

Prior to applying, please visit the Certification Process Overview page.
Request access to the Lead Related Construction online certification application.
Log in to your account, create an application, sign the attestation page, upload documents, continue an incomplete application, check the status of an application or submit payment for an application.
- Click "Reset Password" to reset your password.
*Note: Application fee must be paid using a valid Visa, MasterCard credit card, an E-Check or by following instructions for an offline payment.
Individuals may still submit paper applications. However, processing time will be significantly longer.
