The following tables, slide presentations, and annual reports provide the most recent available data and statistics for reportable sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) in California.  These files include data for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis.

    • Includes county rankings of chlamydia and gonorrhea rates and maps by gender for 15-44 year olds, primary and secondary syphilis rates for males, and congenital syphilis rates and map.


​​Prior versions of reports and data not available above or on the Open Data Portal can be requested from the CDPH STD Control Branch by completing and emailing the STD Data Request form to Requests for additional local health jurisdiction level data should be submitted directly to that jurisdiction.
