How Well-Vaccinated Is Your Child's Kindergarten?

2016-17 School Data

Schools with low vaccination rates are at increased risk for outbreaks of vaccine-preventable diseases. Some children are allowed by California law to skip immunizations if a parent submits a personal beliefs exemption (PBE) or a medical exemption (PME) at enrollment. Other children may be admitted to school on the 'condition' that they complete any remaining vaccinations when due. Until follow-up is complete, 'conditionally admitted' children remain under-vaccinated. Note: Schools with fewer than 20 students in Kindergarten are not listed and will not appear on the map. The school data presented in the lookup is as of the close of reporting in the fall of the 2016-2017 school year. Student status may change during the school year. Data for previous years are also available.
