Where to get care for a post-COVID condition 

  • The Center for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) COVID-19 resource site has a page with information onā€Æpost-COVIDā€‹ā€‹ conditions. 

  • Talk to a medical provider if you think you may have a post-COVID condition.  

  • If you or your medical provider are looking for an outpatient clinic specializing in post-COVID conditions, refer to this list of current post-COVID clinics. 

  • Need help finding health care? Call your county Information line 2-1-1 or visit 211ca.org 

  • Want to talk to a provider without leaving home? Ask your provider about telehealth. Learn more about how to use telehealth. 

  • Parents can get help at Parent Training and Information Centers (PTI) from the Center for Parent Information and Resources (CPIR) funded by the Office of Special Education Programs at the U.S Department of Education. Find contact information and locations of centers.
