āCalifornia retired the Blueprint for a Safer Economy that outlined a framework for a safe progression of opening more businesses and activities in light of the pandemic. Each week, CDPH released the tier status of each county with a data chart showing county tier status, date of tier assignment, number of consecutive weeks meeting the next tier's criteria, case rates, adjusted case rate for tier assignment, testing positivity, and test rates.
