Each county has developed a plan demonstrating targeted investments to eliminate disparities in levels of COVID-19 transmission and promote equitable recovery.
The COVID-19 Health Equity Playbook for Communities is intended to support local communities in building an equitable recovery. Counties can use the Playbook to inform their Targeted Equity Investment Plans. This living document will continue to be updated as more is learned about what strategies are working on the ground.
