What is AB2132?
Assembly Bill 2132: Signed into law by Governor Gavin Newson on September 29, 2024, Assembly Bill 2132 requires adult patients receiving primary care services to be offered a Tuberculosis (TB) test if risk factors are identified, followed by provision or referral for appropriate follow-up care.
