The attached standards apply to all facilities selected to participate in the SHSNF PP. These standards are in addition to all applicable federal statutes and regulations. In addition, all pilot facilities must follow all state statutes and regulations to the extent that the pilot program standards do not vary from them.
Please refer to AFL 17-29 for the application procedures and submittal deadlines for admission to the pilot program.
