This page announces the SFYs 2023–2024, 2024–2025 and 2025–2026 AFLP AFA process that provides allocation and contract funding updates for the California Department of Public Health, Maternal, Child and Adolescent Health (CDPH/MCAH) Division.

May 24, 2024	The following documents are due via email to MCAHFinAct@cdph.ca.gov Updated budget template with requested budget Updated AIF form TXIX Attestation (if applicable) TXIX duty statements (if applicable)
May 27, 2024 – June 14, 2024	CL and PC review and approval of the updated budgets.

Required AFA documents, as listed on the AFA Checklist, were emailed to awardees. CBOs will be provided with instructions for submitting additional contract documents. For questions or additional copies of AFA forms, please contact your CM noted on your Awardee letter.
