This addendum modifies Part IV. Program Narrative & Corresponding Attachments, Part I, C. Plan for Community Engagement, 2., page 48 found in the ASH Ed Program RFA.

This addendum supersedes prior guidance.

1. ​There was an error in the fiscal year time period where the applicant describes the community engagement plan. The correct time period is as follows, "Describe the community engagement plan during FY 2025–2028, including activities that will be conducted by the applicant.​​"
