The California Department of Public Health’s Maternal, Child and Adolescent Health (CDPH/MCAH) Division is currently preparing to release a new Request for Applications (RFA) in early 2026 to implement the Adolescent Family Life Program from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029. We encourage interested applicants to check the AFLP home page regularly for updates related to the posting of the 2026 RFA.

Request for Application - 2023

The purpose of this Request for Applications (RFA) is to solicit competitive applications from eligible organizations to implement the Adolescent Family Life Program (AFLP), which is supported by California’s Title V Maternal and Child Health Block Grant from the United States Department of Health and Human Services, from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026.
