Food Industry Training

The Food and Drug Branch offers information on food safety laws and regulations for the safe preparation of food. For information about the food safety programs we administer, please visit our Food Safety Program. Additionally, businesses who maintain a Processed Food Registration (PFR)​ are eligible to participate in training workshops offered throughout the year.​

Food Safety Webinars

The Food and Drug Branch (FDB) has developed free food safety webinars for participants in the Processed Food Registration (PFR) program. An electronic certificate of attendance will be provided to each registered participant upon completion of the class. Each participant must log-in and use a separate computer, tablet, or phone to receive a certificate. 

​To participate in a webinar:

  1. Select the desired session below. (All sessions are 10–11:30 A.M.)   ​

  2. Fill out the online registration form.

You will receive a confirmation email with log-in information for each webinar in approximately two weeks. See below for available training workshops.
