ā€‹The California Department of Public Healthā€™s (CDPH) Substance and Addiction Prevention Branch (SAPB) convenes High Potency THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) Think Tank meetings with the goal of soliciting scientific guidance and research-based recommendations on the health effects and impact of cannabis products with high levels of THC.
