High Potency THC Health Effects	The California Department of Public Health’s (CDPH) Substance and Addiction Prevention Branch (SAPB) convenes High Potency THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) Think Tank meetings with the goal of soliciting scientific guidance and research-based recommendations on the health effects and impact of cannabis products with high levels of THC. Leadership: Jane Allen (RTI) and Lynn Silver (Public Health Institute).
