Medical Management of Lead-Exposed Adults

Management Guidelines For Blood Lead Levels in Adults (PDF) - brief table format (revised 2025). These guidelines can be used to treat people with both occupational and non-occupational lead poisoning. Physicians caring for lead poisoned workers should refer to Cal/OSHA lead standards for additional requirements concerning medical surveillance, medical removal, and return to work.
