Clinical Laboratory Licensing Fee Difference
The California Department of Public Health, Laboratory Field Services, has implemented a revised laboratory license fee schedule applicable to laboratory licenses with effective dates commencing with January 1, 2026.
- Due to IT limitations, clinical laboratory license renewals that were completed between January 1, 2026 and March 18, 2026, were charged outdated 2025 fees.
- This notice reflects the difference between the renewal fee that has already been paid and the applicable 2026 fee.
