Check Application Status
To check the application status, follow these simple steps:
Log in to your account.
On your
welcome screen, look for the business tile and click
View.
On the business dashboard, look for the application ID and the Application Status. See
Application Status below for the description.
Application Status:
Pending-Renew = The license is due for a renewal. Click
Continue to renew the license.
Pending-AdditionalInfo = The application submitted is assigned back to you to complete information or upload required documents or forms.

Open-ApplicationReview = The application is in queue for review.
Pending-CLIAIDNumber = The application is in queue for a CLIA ID.
