The purpose of this memo is to provide Access and Adherence Navigators the final invoice submission deadline and contract closure requirements for the Access, Adherence, and Navigation (AAN) program.
All AAN program invoices for budget period July 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020 must be submitted to ADAP no later than May 15, 2020. Invoices submitted after May 15, 2020 will not be accepted and there will be no exceptions. We encourage all sites to submit invoices as early as possible. Each submitted invoice must be accompanied with a completed Budget Summary and Time Tracking Sheet, as outlined in the contract under Exhibit B, Section 8.
Per the contract, under Exhibit B, Section 4, a completed and signed Exhibit J – Contractor's Release form must be submitted to ADAP with the final invoice.
Sites with unpaid outstanding invoices must notify ADAP immediately to ensure these invoices are paid. Sites must supply ADAP a list of all outstanding invoices prior to the close of the budget period on March 31, 2020.
