​California Department of Public Health, Office of AIDS (CDPH/OA) invites community stakeholders, providers, prevention partners, local health jurisdictions, community-based organizations, and implementation partners to participate in one combined listening session to inform planning for the next iteration of the PrEP and PEP Initiation and Retention (PPIR) Initiative.

The session will focus on PPIR Initiative: Cycle 2, focusing on changes from Cycle 1, priority needs, PrEP/PEP/Doxy-PEP awareness and access, navigation and retention supports, implementation barriers, technical assistance needs, realistic outcome measures, and ways to make future funding-opportunity materials clear and usable. The RFA/grant opportunity is not final. Feedback will help inform planning and will be considered with applicable law, funding, policy, procurement, and approval requirements. Participation does not guarantee that a specific recommendation will be adopted.
