Initial enrollment in the California COVID-19 Vaccination Program is limited to sites selected by their local health departments. Enrollment will open up to other providers as vaccine supply increases. More information will be available at that time.
Providers enrolling in the program must be
credentialed/licensed in the jurisdiction where vaccination takes place, complete all
required training, and comply with federal and state requirements.
