Dashboard Instructions
These data dashboards consist of several elements, some of which are interactive. Below are general instructions on how to use them.
Dashboards
The data are organized into ten dashboards: one titled
Where We Serve, and one for each intervention (except for
Home Visiting). To navigate between dashboards, click on the corresponding name using the menu at the top of the webpage.
Filters
At the top left corner of the
Where we serve dashboard there are filters that allow the user to select a specific fiscal year and local health jurisdiction (LHJ). The remaining dashboards include only the fiscal year filter, except for
Midwifery, which does not have any filters. When one or more filters are selected, the dashboard will automatically update to show only the data corresponding to the selected filter(s).
Tooltips
Hover your mouse pointer over any of the dashboard objects mentioned below to view a tooltip (pop-up window) with additional details.
Where We Serve Dashboard

Map - Hover over an LHJ on the map to view a tooltip listing the PEI interventions implemented in that LHJ. If no interventions were implemented, the tooltip will display only the LHJ name.

Timeline Chart - Hover over a data point to see the number of reporting LHJs and interventions for the selected fiscal year.

Bar Chart - Hover over a bar/subcategory to view the list of LHJs that reported data for the selected intervention.

Bar Charts - Hover over each bar chart to view the fiscal year, value, indicator name and denominator (if applicable).
Remaining Dashboards

Metric Cards - Hover over a card to view the full name of the indicator.

Donut Charts - Hover over a chart to view the percentage value, denominator and indicator name.
Download the Data
The underlying data for the dashboard can be downloaded as an Excel file. This file includes fiscal years, LHJs, indicators, and the corresponding values (i.e., numeric and/or percentages, as applicable).
