Addendum #2

This addendum modifies the Key Action Date in the Request for Application with regards to the Informational Webinar. It also provides an update about Attachment 3.

This addendum supersedes prior guidance.

1. Key Action Dates – Informational Webinar:
   
   

   The Informational Webinar will be recorded and the link to the recording will be posted on the ASH Ed RFA web page by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 18, 2022. This replaces the live webinar. The update is reflected in the Key Action Dates table below and on the ASH Ed RFA web page.
