Temporary Fluoroscopy Permit (TFP) Holders
Be advised: RHB is aware of individuals altering the issued TFP. Altering the TFP is deemed fraud, is strictly prohibited, and the individual is subject to disciplinary actions including but not limited to denial of a renewable fluoroscopy authorization and levying of civil penalties.
A TFP is valid for only one year.
Only individuals listed below hold a valid TFP.
