Healthy Beverages

Many beverages that are consumed contain added sugars and offer little or no nutritional value. SNAP-Ed Healthy Beverage Trainings focus on providing support to local implementing agency staff that provide technical assistance to decrease the consumption of sugar sweetened beverages (SSBs) and promote alternatives such as water or other non-sweetened beverages.
