The Health For All Toolkit
The Health for All toolkit is a guide for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating Health for All strategies. Featuring a variety of strategies to help agencies develop their workforce and internal capacity, meaningfully engage local communities and partners, and implement reciprocal and respectful program evaluation activities. The Health for All toolkit has four sections:

Guidance and tools for building and assessing your internal capacity and infrastructure to achieve health for all.

Guidance and tools for integrating community needs into all aspects of partnerships.

Project Tools
The Community Impact Framework, developed by state and local CalFresh Healthy Living programs and partners, is both a conceptual model and strategic framework for agencies to embed health for all and community impact strategies throughout all aspects of their programming. The Health For All toolkit incorporates this framework and provides guidance and tools to implement framework goals and strategies.
Recruitment Guide for Individuals with Lived Experience
A checklist to help hiring teams prepare job descriptions, identify dissemination channels, and develop recruitment strategies for staff with lived experience as participants or recipients of social services or programming.
Community Engagement Assessment
A six-question assessment to help teams assess their current community engagement practices in five key focus areas.
Scripts for Contacting Potential Partners
Customizable email, phone, and in-person “elevator” pitches for engaging potential community partners.
