The California Department of Public Health (CDPH), Alzheimer's Disease Program (ADP), is soliciting proposals from firms to develop and conduct an integrated and comprehensive multicultural and multilingual (i.e., English, Spanish, Mandarin, etc.) audiences statewide Alzheimer's disease awareness media campaign to support the ADP from March 1, 2023, or upon approval, through June 30, 2024.
CDPH ADP received $8,500,000 (eight million, five hundred thousand dollars) through the California Budget Act 2021-2022 to develop and implement an Alzheimer's Disease Public Awareness Media Campaign to shift public perceptions and reduce stigma about ADRDs. The Alzheimer's Disease Public Awareness Media Campaign will focus and connect with populations at greater risk of developing ADRDs, and people living with the disease.
