Included below are the application materials for the 2014-2015 Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SDWSRF) Construction and Planning funding options. Please download and review your chosen application and all of its applicable enclosures. Please be advised that an application and all of its supplemental materials will only be accepted from water systems who received a May 2014 invitation to apply and who submitted a complete Statement of Intent by the invitation’s specified deadline.

Planning Application Materials – Due September 29, 2014 

A complete Planning application and all required application documents must be submitted (postmarked) no later than the above deadline.  Electronic copies of the required documents will not be accepted via email.

Transition to Construction Application Materials (for Completed Planning Projects) -  The deadline for the submittal of your construction application is listed in your SDWSRF invitation letter

For completed planning projects transitioning to construction, please use the construction application materials above. You may have already submitted some of the SDWSRF construction application elements as part of your SDWSRF planning project, such as complete plans and specifications or environmental documentation. If you have any questions about what documents are required to complete your SDWSRF construction application, consult with the following units.
